Refund policy

Return (if applicable)

We accept  to return products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Customers pay for the return shipping fee if it isn't the quality issue, and if the product has been used. 

Refund (if applicable)

We wouldn't accept any unreasonable returns and refunds over 30 days. Once your returned item is received and tested, we would email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email.

Please be prepared for the proof of purchase.

Step #2:
Support Team will try to solve the issue for you before it's returned and please ship it yourself and offer the tracking number for us to record and follow this case up. Once support agrees to replace one unit for you, you must properly package the product with original status including your proof of purchase and leaves one note written down your Order ID and Product defective detail.

Step #4:

Once the returned item is received and tested by our warehouse colleague, we would arrange replacement or refund to you within 1-2 working days.
